Most PMs hand off a spec and wait. I hand off working code. I use AI to collapse the distance between idea and reality, prototyping before the sprint starts and validating before the build begins. Strategy and implementation, in the same person.
Strategist across 3 product lines
Three product lines at once: Fleet, Grocery, B2B e-commerce. Not just shipping, but shipping the right bets. Prioritization driven by OKRs, ruthless focus on high impact moves, and teams aligned around outcomes, not features.
Engineer who fell in love with users
Built the coaching engine, shipped it, and watched users use it wrong. That was the moment. I didn't want to just build what was specced. I wanted to own the full cycle: find the problem, shape the solution, deliver it, and iterate until it actually lands.
The Engineer
Flutter before it was mainstream. React Native when it was still rough. Swift, ML, iWatch integrations. Always hands on with the newest stack, and always shipping production quality solutions, not prototypes.
The Researcher
BSc and MSc in Operations Research at the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence, Cairo University. Published at HCII 2019. Spent years modeling complex systems, forming rigorous hypotheses, and letting evidence lead. That discipline still runs underneath everything I build.
